- Led the communications, engagement and change analytics workstreams for a cross-functional, global large-scale implementation of Workday (HR modules).

- Led the OCM Readiness & Metrics workstream for a complex company-wide program portfolio, as well as the Project Management Office for the Supply Chain S/4 transformation, driving the cross-functional OCM planning, tracking, and monitoring of readiness milestones across multiple OCM threads.

- Led the Management of Change Project Management Office and overarching Change Management for Front-Office (Configure/Price/Quote, Sales Comp, Order to Cash, eCommerce), as well as Back-Office (Supply Chain, RTR, MDM) initiative's, driving the cross-functional Experience & Change Leadership planning, tracking and monitoring of activities across 13 different Management of Change threads throughout each initiative's lifecycle (3.5-year long program).
