Worked in the weld shop, interior builds, chassis prep, exterior builds installing module HVAC systems with 1 or 2 a/c compressors even 110V a/c compressors. HVAC trouble shooting, electrical install and electrical troubleshooting. for 14 years I have been in the service department repairing customer pay, accident repair, and warranty work. Along with road tech. I have worked for 2 of those years in the office as a phone tech troubleshooting over the phone. I have been a team leader. Braun has had a annual service for 9 years and have been part of that by training Braun dealer technicians, and contacting vendors of the products that Braun uses. For several years now I have been a team leader of the service department and that also includes checking in units as the come 8n for repairs and delivery back to the customer.
