I oversee all the shipping/receiving. Get all the material ready for upcoming jobs stock and special order. Manage 2 of our commercial account's with Johnson management and The Denver Athletic Club. I also manage some of our residential projects. Help sales person's with unique jobs to figure strategies and pricing. Help installers find new methods of installing when they need help with something or come to predicaments/unique situations. Handle all repairs/complaints, help schedule jobs/installers. I pick up materials from certain manufacturers that don't deliver or have to expensive delivery charges. Build orders/estimates through RFMS
Before I owned my own installation company for 5years and did all types of flooring I started installing flooring when I was 16 year old and now have 17 years of experience in flooring. I was also a OL/HVAC tech at Coit for a few years In my early 20s when flooring was not yet booming in Colorado.
