• Provided senior debt to private equity firms to finance leveraged buyouts, refinancings, and recapitalizations
• Compiled due diligence lists, led diligence calls with financial sponsors and company management, created credit memos, underwrote new transactions and pitched new deals to senior executives and credit committees
