  • Performed plumbing related duties which involve removing, cleaning, replacing, packing, and sealing defective parts of utility, supply and disposal systems. Performed minor electrical related duties such as wiring furnace motors and setting thermostats, hooking up electrical hot water heaters, etc. Constructs minor additions and makes repairs to buildings not involving extensive alterations or changes to the original framing of the structure. I Operated snow removal equipment to clear streets, driveways and parking areas, shovels snow from steps and sidewalks. I rehabbed homes and apartment’s the work consisted of painting interior walls to installation of different types of flooring. Also worked on furnaces and hot water heaters. Repaired roof and siding as well.

  • Engineer is responsible for the the whole train it’s self by operating the locomotives to move the train forward or backwards. The engineer is responsible for starting movement and stopping the train with air brakes that are throughout the locomotives and train cars. It takes 20 months of on-the-job training.
  • As a Conductor for the BNSF Railway, I was required to comply with all safety rules including company and Federal rules and policies. Obtain and receive information and act upon oral or written instructions by communication devices such as pagers, radio and telephone. Monitor and report on daily work performed. Climb on and off equipment, set or release hand brakes, couple and uncouple air hoses between rail cars, remove and replace broken knuckles (75lb railcar connector), ride moving cars by hanging on grab irons, or ladders. Observe, interpret and relay hand, lantern, and other signals affecting the movement of the train, judge and control the speed and clearance distance of cars and distinguish among colors and see at night. Make decisions about switching, spotting cars and making up the train. Observe and monitor track conditions (e.g., broken rails, defective switches, weather-related problems). Inspect cars in conformance with Federal Railroad Administration Regulations. Observe the condition of passing train and report results to appropriate personnel.

  • As and patrol officer I am required to Patrol all the reservation in Fort Belknap. Respond to all calls of service, conduct investigations on all Civil and personal matters. Use all the tools of what it takes to be a Peace Officer, like a weapon, O.C. spray, handcuffs, handheld radio and know all tribal laws as well as hand to hand combat. I have been on Domestic disturbance calls, assault on family Members, disorderly Conduct, hit and run vehicles and pedestrian’s calls, or just individuals needing to talk to someone because they are suicidal. I am required to maintain a peace and order in all the communities. I have made arrests and testified in court as a soul witness against some of the crimes listed above. I have also written traffic tickets and cite and release tickets on individuals who have committed a crime. I’ve worked all types of shifts including nights and days. I assist all other officers on calls of service, take orders from my sergeant.
