Premier HVAC Services
02.2022 - 08.2022

Premier HVAC Services is a heating and A/C contractor, locally owned, $1M business. I was brought on board to redesign and manage the warehouse functions as the company grew to serve the Hagerstown, MD and South-Central Pennsylvania area.

  • Together with the Operations Manager and Install team, I created a material pack out system to save time and cost on restocking materials on vans everyday in my first month on the job.
  • Using my organizing skills, I redesigned the warehouse by building new shelves and categorizing the inventory to make finding materials more efficiently.
  • Having knowledge in Microsoft Excel, I put together a spreadsheet and started tracking all materials purchased which helped HR balance the budget more effectively.
  • After realizing there was not a secured area for company tools and expensive equipment, I researched and built a security cage to cut down on tool replenishment.
  • As Premier has taking a huge hit by the economy, I was currently laid off and taking time to find my next career move.
