Programmed CMM for first piece analysis programs and in process inspection programs.

Prepared FAI documentation including bubbled documents utilizing DISCUS, FAI forms, and inspection methods.

Operated and maintained CMM to keep repeatability within AS9001 acceptable standards.

Mechanically inspected parts against CMM to eliminate measurement discrepancies/error due to part irregularity/warpage.

Wrote multiple programs that are currently in use for production runs.

Reviewed plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction.Prepared Take-offs to then utilize during bidding process. Communicated with GC's and Architects on bid's and product information. Assisted in & gave input on design of certain projects. Computed bid/project prices to meet company margins. Conversed with customers to provide a high standard of customer service and develop repeat clients. 

Maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices. Completed all cleaning, stocking and organizing tasks in assigned sales area. Sell shoes and shoe accessories to potential customers. Display extremely strong knowledge on different lasts (forms the shoe is made on), cut, fit, depth to achieve a "perfect fit". Highly motivated to work and sell and surpass sales quotas.

Dealt with high pressure scenarios serving 600-700 people on busy nights working with about 5-6 other cooks. Prepared and plated food cooked to order for customers to consume. Called orders and coordinated timing to make sure food could go out correctly and efficiently. Operated large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and griddles.
