- Responsible for multiple warehouse functions such as case picking, pallet picking, high list picking, pallet picking, putaway, etc… with each function came a different quota; for case picking you need to pick at least 150 cases an hour, for high list you need to pick at least 80 cases an hour, for pallet picking you need to pick at least 15 pallets an hour, also for put always you need to put away at least 25 pallets an hour… I average around double what these numbers are
- Another big responsibility for me was loading and unloading any trucks that came in while I was on shift, averaging about 2-3 trucks each shift
- I also take responsibility for cleaning up any slip sheets and empty pallets that fellow associates leave behind
