An expert in LG Builder Business. Assist District and Regional sales managers with their Builder, SKS Luxury and Project accounts.. Resolve status issues, financial holds, backorder holds, internal holds, and order holds promptly Work closely with Inside sales, Inventory team, Load planners, Returns team, Sales and the Pricing team to ensure all accounts have the best experience. In 2022 we were transferred to LG CNS.


• Review Regional hold report and reach out internally to resolve the hold
• Login to Transportation Management System for carrier information, load numbers and tracking
• Work with the contracted Pantos Warehouses regarding errors, returns, and urgent shipping
• Solely oversee Aged returns nationally and report to the Director of Returns
• Reach out to Dealers, Sales, Carriers and Warehouse for BOLs or tracking of returns in transit or missing
