Provide residential care services

● Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, eating, and using the restroom

● Promote positive self-esteem and self-worth through interaction

● Ensure residents receive proper medical care as needed

● Assist residents with medication administration

● Communicate with attending physicians, case managers, and other health care professionals

● Complete required documentation

● Perform light housekeeping activities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, light cleaning, and

minor repairs

● Ensuring that the residents' living quarters are safe and well-organized.

● Keeping records of resident activity, behavior, and moods.

● Leading group activities and outings.

● Performing any reasonable requests that residents ask for.

● Collaborating with management and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible.

● Assist with the intake and exit process of refugees.

● Asist with the residents' daily wellness check.

• 1. Provide sustained and uninterrupted direct supervision of the children assigned to the worker from the star of the assigned shift until relieved.
• 2. Follow the instructions of medical-clinical staff regarding each child and inform Senior leads of information impacting the basic health and well- being of children assigned to the worker.
• 3. Communicate in a positive and respectful manner with children, and all agency staff including supervisors, co-workers.
• 4. Frequently traverse from one area of the facility to another both indoors and outdoors as needed to provide direct supervision of children.
• 5. Effectively communicate behavioral expectations and program regulations to children and enforce compliance with regulations and expectations by all children assigned to the worker.
• 6. Complete all required documentation prior to completions of shift.
• 7. Meet all pre-determined deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
• 8. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English and Spanish.

• Safeguarding assets, countering threats, and implementing measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information. It could also address the relevance of security in a specific environment, emphasizing the importance of proactive risk management and the adoption of effective security practices.
• Assisted with crowd control during large events held at the facility.
• Monitored entrances and exits for unauthorized personnel or prohibited items being brought onto premises.
