I have been in the service industry for almost 10 years. I have been in various roles and have performed duties ranging from calling potential clients and selling services when I was a consultant to building my own team. I have trading skills in financial markets: forex, crypto curency markets. Skills in the field of sales of services and products of the company. Anything I don't know I can always learn, and I do it very quickly while working right away in practice. I have the skill to resolve conflict situations, communicate with dissatisfied customers, work with negative customers. I am used to working for results, setting clear goals and achieving them. I like a job where everything depends on you and your results. I can build a new team and manage it using specific management strategies that are based on the individual qualities of each team member. I developed and implemented 6 certain principles with which I worked with my team. Thanks to these things, each person in the team works as productively as possible.

In the last year in Ukraine, I started a new business. This is a mobile application for seafarers where they can find a job. This is just a start-up, I wrote the terms of reference for developers, improved the convenience of the software, established partnerships with shipowners and crewing companies. It was a completely new field for me but I figured it out by attracting professionals in this field and my own great desire.

Now I am in the U.S. because of war in Ukraine and my team's work is not possible. I'm ready to learn new things, I'm ready for any job, where everything depends on your results.
