• Planned and executed the management of a pipeline service crew of 12. In the installation of gas service lines. Bored 1" to 1/2" PE yellow pipe. Fussed pipe using socket, butt fusion and electro fusion. As well as over see the welding of transition fittings per SoCalGas procedure. Ordered an maintained logs for shift records, material data and ordering and quality control. Spoke with customers and gas inspector overseers.Maintaned vehicle and equipment logs and maintenance due dates.

• Installation of duct piping and power vaults for the use of housing power cables to energize new wing of terminals for San Diego International Airport contracted by San Diego Power & Electric.

• Supervise crew of 6 in the excavation of joint trench for installation of gas, power and fiber optic pipe lines for PG&E.
• Maintain logs, maintenance of crew trucks and equipment, Scheduling of materials from various venders required to maintain the progress and flow of day to day work goals and activities. Operate dump truck with conveyor to insure utility seperation, compaction and protection with back fill material according to PG&E standards.

• Hand dig and excavate high pressure transmission lines for SoCalGas. Oversee welding procedures as pertain to fire watch guidelines. Assist in the safe bracing of support beems for traffic control plates and shoring. Operate reach lift while moving support jacks, beams and plates. Assist in the documentation of excavation entry data and responsabilities. Set up any necessary traffic control signage and delineators. Use a jeeper to inspect for anomolies,Sand blast any rust or corrossion for inspection of steel pipe anomolies, clean and spray protective coating on any repaired r installed steel pipe.

• Supervise crew of 4 in the safe excavation and the installation of underground gas main and services according to SoCalGas procedures.
• Maintain and oversee vehicle maintenance, the delivery of materials, schedules as well as maintain relations with So Cal Gas inspectors and their clientele.

Hand dig and excavate high pressure gas transmission lines and valves. Safely over welding operations as pertain to fire watch procedures. Assist in safe practices of shoring, bridging, benching or sloping. Help maintain a clean workplace.

• Duties included daily safety checks of vehicle maintenance and fusion equipment. Excavation of pipe installation area. Location of all unmarked and marked utilities. Fuse PE pipe and assisted welder in cutting,grinding, bevling and pressure test all welds.

Duties include the inspection of anodeless gas risers, by gaugining the thickness and condition of wear of the steel structure of riser. Soap test all exsposed steel for leakage , write up any referals pertaining to damaged risers, protect and guard any leaking risers while waiting for SoCalGas personnel to arrive for repairs. Document inspection results and repairs. Drive house and maintain company pick up per Arizona Pipe Line employee driver responsibilities.
