  • I have been responsible for the guidance of the operations for over fifty different home health agencies, three hospice agencies, and two private duty service lines under a variety of Regional Vice Presidents and the Director of Operations
  • Assisted Administrators, Branch Directors, and other office and field staff; ensuring all agencies meet federal, state, and local laws regarding certification and licensure process
  • Lead a team of trainers that provide Intake Coordinator, Medical Record Specialist, & Patient Service Coordinator 101 training for all new hires each month
  • Over 570 new hires trained since 2020
  • Personally provided supplemental monthly Medical Record Specialist 101 training for 270+ new hires since 2020
