As an educator and a future administrator, it is important to treat every individual with respect and dignity. I expect my colleagues and students to do the same. When working with people, it is crucial to be sensitive and maintain fairness and confidentiality. Excellent leadership skills are necessary to make sometimes challenging decisions and lead the departments, schools, and divisions toward their goals. To meet these goals, various techniques and methods should be utilized to tailor solutions to specific situations. Administrators must assess the expectations of their position and seek knowledge about all areas related to their responsibilities. However, administrators should also acknowledge their limitations and seek additional information and input when necessary. Trusting the expertise and opinions of colleagues is important to achieve the department's goals and outcomes. Cheerful, clear, and effective communication strategies should always be employed, and effective organizational techniques are significant. As education is student-centered, the administrator and educator must remain committed to meeting the needs of students.
