I started at the job as team member. Due to my exceptional skills in the old position, I was rapidly promoted to team lead. My main functions in the position are:

• Assigning tasks to the team and making sure they get done as soon as possible. As well as coaching new team members in techniques, promoting a positive work environment.
• Helping out customers during shopping, checking them out at the register, as well as processing exchanges/refunds based on the store policy.
• Picking up the store phone to answer any questions customers can have.
• I have access to the office where I can work on the computer creating eye-catching sale signs for the products and also access to the safe to get change.

Sort of a convenience and office supplies store. I was in charge of toys. My responsibilities were restocking, pricing and labeling them with their respective sales, as well as recommending customers what to purchase.
