Financial management and operations for both client facing and internal groups including:

• Regional Operations - responsible for financial statements of units with approximately $1.25 billion in revenue
• National Technology - tracks and manages spend of approximately $260m annually. Works closely with CIO establishing process / policy, developing ROI tracking for major projects and establishing controls and visibility in high spend / high growth areas
• India - on Board of Directors of fully owned India entity. Manages infrastructure, process integration and evolution of internal controls necessary to enable expansion from 100 to 1500 FTEs in 3 years with continued growth expected
• Established and reviewed M&A pricing models for 20 successful deals dating back to 2015

Responsibilities within these groups include:

• Timely and accurate analysis of financial reports and financial trends to assist leadership with decision making
• Develop forecasts that meet revenue and profit goals and work with the business to achieve these targets
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decisions that impact each group
• Evaluate and advise the impact of new programs, strategies and regulatory action
• Provide mentoring and assistance to key finance employees
• Drive collaboration and communication throughout the organization

Worked with internal leaders to provide financial guidance for HR, IT, Sales and Marketing as well as financial support for external client service lines. Supported firm CFO with reporting requests. Responsibilities included:

• Led financial planning and forecasting processes for the firm
• M&A activities
• Development and maintenance of financial reports
• Monthly,, Quarterly and Annual financial statement analysis
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring and ongoing management of internal finance resources

Held numerous responsibilities including planning and forecasting, financial reporting, M&A pricing, data and financial analytics and development of KPIs for Supercuts franchise entity.
