Mr. Montoya was deployed as a Junior Grade officer (Captain) to fill a Field Grade position as the Provost Marshal for the 111th MEB/KFOR-14-Task Force Falcon, Kosovo Military Police Station, Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo from January 2012 to December 2012.
