• Analyzed operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. This was completed by analyzing P&L statements, production reports and feedback from our customer.

• Directed multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints in Wis and KC.
• worked closely with contractors on construction of new field plant of Fiber and coax and headend construction.
• Collaborated with architects and engineers to optimize project designs and execution strategies especially with regards to pole loading and leased manhole space and ducts from AT&T
• worked closely with my team to insure quality of construction, Field make-ready, restoration etc.
• This was a start up company to overbuild existing CATV providers 3 select markets: Wis, KC, IND. but when the debt market dried up in late 2001 the company closed all operations and liquidated all assets so I stayed on to help facilitate the closing all 3 warehouses.

• Conducted site assessments to determine project feasibility and compliance with Company standards.
• Managed installation and maintenance of communication systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

• Responsible for placement and set up of MMDS systems(multichannel microwave distribution system)
• Build and configure mini-offsite headends(basically like a mobile home park)
• Financial responsibilities included creating BOM/BOL and distribute to contractors.

• Operated and maintained specialized equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime. This equipment included but not limited to: RF forward and return signal meters, locators, coring tools, 28FT reach bucket truck, gaffs.
• Maintained all aspects of a HFC network forward/return and power supply maintenance.
• Responded to system outages during and after hours.

• Trained junior technicians on best practices for equipment handling and safety protocols.

Started out as a Laborer on a T-40 3 man crew and within 6 months was trained and promoted to lineman to complete all aspects of aerial telecommunications construction which included placing new strand, anchors/downguys, overlash of existing plant, placing new coax and fiber cables.

Trained to safely operate T-40 bucket trucks, reel trailers and Gaff communication poles.

Utilized all necessary tolls such as: come a longs, pork chops(strand grips), chain saws, C/J lashers, rollers, take off shoots, multiple size jackson benders etc.
