Projects Worked On:

• Arrowhead Chiefs Stadium - (Sports Stadium).
• Merck Animal Health - (Pharmaceutical Building).
• Have working experience on multiple sub disciplines within the projects mentioned above i.e. Complete Ground up new Construction, New Road Construction, Mill and Overlay of Existing Roads, Mechanical, plumbing, pipe fitting & Electrical heavy renovation projects, New Metal Roof Installation, Total Gutting followed by Total Interior Renovation and Construction, Construction of New Multiple Floors On Top Of Existing Floor.
• Collaborated with engineers, architects etc., to determine specifications of the project.
• Worked in SAP on POs (purchase orders), COs (change orders), CORs (change order requests) & SCCOs (subcontract change orders).
• Worked in SAP on making Pivot tables to close out Phases in the budget.
• Performed cost projections, using quantity take-offs, producing preliminary orders of magnitude pricing, accumulating market pricing feedback and researching procurement lead time.
• Worked with Purchasing Department to Issue new Contracts to Subcontractors by creating Additional Provisions and Purchase Requisitions and getting them signed.
• Prepared and edited project schedule using Microsoft Project & P6 Professional.
• Worked with Accounting Department to close out completed Phases in Budget.
• Worked on Submittal process on Procore, receiving submittals from Subs, making sure Submittals match drawings/specifications, submitting them and getting the submittal accepted from Architect/Structural Engineer/MEP Engineer & Submitting them back to the Subs to get have materials released.
• Worked on gathering, submitting and getting RFIs answered on Procore.
• Determined needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Obtained Building permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Performed daily and weekly site progress reports.

• Children's Mercy Hospital - (Hospital Building)
• Prepared contracts and negotiated revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Architect, client and subcontractor.
• Involved in OAC meeting and made meeting Minutes.
• Supervised Laborers, Mechanics, Carpenters and rest of work force on site and give them guidance when needed.
• Worked on new bids, biddable packages and potential change orders.
• Prepared and Edited Project Schedule using Microsoft of project.
• Performed daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Inspected project site to monitor compliance with building safety codes and OSHA.
• Maintained site logistics and execution plans.
• Created and maintained project closeout documents.
