Aa the Process Consultant in WPB Operation Transformation, 2023.07-2024.01:

• Fully involved in the project HASE Investment Account Opening STP Project, created the as-is flow, led discussion with IT & Business team to agree the to-be journey, created the user story, conducted volume data analysis and suggested improvements to make the process more efficient;
• Participated in the IDA Project, conducted the form collection and comparison work to seek the combination opportunities of mostly used forms;
