• Analyzed real-world data of almost 15,000 nursing homes to identify financial discrepancies and performance trends to make an investment recommendation.
• Developed actionable strategies for real estate investments in the skilled nursing facility industry, including sale-leaseback strategies.
• Demonstrated strong data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with my team to win 1st place against 20 teams from across the country.

SJU Avaaz: December 2022 - May 2024

Vice President

• Selected as Vice President for SJU Avaaz faith based club at St. John's University for followers of Sikhism after starting as the Treasurer in charge of managing the budget and funding requests for various events.
• Directed a "marketing" campaign on campus which increased membership of the club by almost 10%, allowing us to spread the mission of our organization to more people through events and outreach.

Indiana University Student Government: December 2020 - May 2021

Representative

• Appointed as representative for IUSG as part of the Multicultural Committee and the Government & City Relations Committee in order to be an advocate for change and policies on campus.
• Voted on a diverse set of bills ranging from how to make campus more inclusive to how should the campus allocate funding in regards to green initiatives they have laid for the surrounding town.
