As a banquet captain I make sure everything runs smoothly during events, from start to finish. I help set up the room, coordinate with servers and the kitchen, and make sure guests are taken care of the entire time. It’s a role that requires staying organized, communicating clearly, and handling problems quickly when they come up. I also make sure the team works well together so the event stays on schedule and feels professional. Overall, it’s a fast-paced job that taught me responsibility, leadership, and how to stay calm under pressure.
