Welded out pipe spools from 3 inch up to 24 inch with mig and fluxcore

• Weld out stainless pipe spools from 2 inch to 12 inch.

• Welding on beams using stick and gas less fluxcore.

• Help fitters with installing natural gas meters from 2 inch up to 4 inch stations.

• Fit and weld pressure vessels and pipe spooling. Weld out structural components.

• Layout out vessels, cleaned them out prepped everything on them fitted up flanges, couplets, heads and welded them all out and finales them. Used 5-10 ton overhead cranes to move around vessels and skids.

• Fit and weld pipe and small coded pressure vessels using mig and flux core.

• Fit and weld out stainless pipe. We custom build structural and pipe components for Formosa plant we tig, stick, mig, and flux core in position or rollout. Weld on thin stainless sheet metal. Plant maintenance technician.

• We fit and weld structural components for the counties. All mig and flux core process.

• Weld carbon and stainless pipe, we weld any type of schedule pipe.

• Fit and welded skids for the oilfield. Weld pipe components to weld to the skids. We tig, mig, flux core, and stick weld at shop. Can weld in all positions.

• Fitted and welding pipe. We installed and welded manifolds and end rings. Everything was welded with stainless and inconel rod. Welded in all positions. Also finaled the pipe after I welded it so it could get shipped off. Can weld stainless, inconel, carbon.

• Helped set up for welders made sure containers were safe for welders to go in to weld

• Leveled out work areas and dug trenches for pipes.
