
I am a graduate from the University of Puerto Rico – Rio Piedras Campus with a major in Biology, and I have experience working in labs from my time there. I have almost 10 years of experience in retail and customer service at JCPenney. I have also worked for 9 years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where I currently work as a reservist. I also worked for over a year as a Customer Service Specialist for Optum of UnitedHealthcare’s Dental department.
I am a professional with extensive experience in applicant services, prepared for this role. I am skilled in program management, client relations, and effective communication. I have a strong focus on team collaboration and achieving results, adaptable to changing needs. My coworkers know me for reliability, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
I am highly motivated and experienced with a talent for learning new skills quickly. My goal is to someday work for the CDC in a laboratory to help identify and prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
