For lead position yours truly was in charge of responding to emails using outlook, as well as make sure that all associates were on track with finishing up tasks assigned to them at the beginning of the shift.

Material Handling consisted of getting orders picked to get shipped out. once order was received into the system it would get finalized so that loaders would be able to load up the trailer.

Processing orders for the returns department consisted of scanning the product in into there corresponding grade whether it was received damaged or in good condition.
