•I am a level 2 machine operator / assembly I work on various machines, vespel, tap , crimp , 100 % visual and & punch press and set up various other machines. Set up/ blueprint /grind

• Conducted quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assisted in maintaining accurate records of inspection results and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborated with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilized measurement tools and equipment for precise data collection during quality assessments.
• I Mainly wanna talk about my two roles, process controller and inspector.As a process controller, I was responsible for verifying that there were no deviations in the process. That meant verifying temperatures, alloys, sizes, soak times, furnaces, orientations, and heat numbers. If there were any deviations in the process, material was considered not conforming, i would alert the supervisor.As an inspector, I was responsible for verifying that the material was conforming, which meant that the material met the customers' requirements.Requirements include dimensions, number of billets, and correct identification. My working schedule, long hours and sometimes the 7 days.Highlight the importance of identification and traceability. And had to use stop work authority. If you had a concern about the quality of the product, I was encouraged to stop. I also have experience with the tools and equipment.
