  • Day to day task such as timekeeping using Kronos, labor and finances using PEARS, Personal care documentation using Personal Service System and Medication Documentation using Point Click Care.
  • Office responsibilities - emailing, faxing using Microsoft Office, answering phones, Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, filing, customer service, creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
