• Working with Siemens Insight (BAS) and Apogee Field Panels.
• Professionally responding to service calls and providing support to teammates and building occupants, as needed.

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on control systems and end devices.
• Using maintenance software (CMSS) to document services provided to customers and to receive maintenance assignments.
• Providing support with commissioning of controls systems on renovation work.
• Diagnosed and identified faulty components in malfunctioning HVAC systems using specialized testing tools.

Responsibilities Respond to electrical problems at plant. Troubleshot problems at buckets, ie: relays, fuses, starters and control power going out to safety devices ie: pull cords and travel switches. Diag- nosed/repaired Mac valves/solenoids, RTD’s, Thermocouples (+testing), flow valves, slide/rotary gates, Motors ranging from 480-4160 volts. Light diagnosis of VFD’s. Worked on palletizers: Motor Starters, Gearboxes, Photo cells. Worked on Electrical issues at truck load outs. Knowledge of blueprints and schematics reading. Repaired and installed all types of indoor/outdoor lighting. Predictive Maintenance on Industrial Generators, Truck loadout System, Gas Analyzers, 4160 Motors, Power Readings, Pumps, and Motor Starters. Participated in yearly shutdowns for Maintenance. Also worked in several departments in my 15 years with Lehigh Permanente Cement. I worked 8 years in Processing/Production, 2 years Equipment Operator, and 4 years as Electrical Maintenance Tech.
