Perform as an Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) planner in support of ARSOUTH missions/exercises by conducting operational AT/FP planning to identify and coordinate protection-related requirements and resources to ensure an appropriate level of protection for personnel deployed in support of missions/exercises.

    and leader reconnaissance in support of the mission/exercise.

  • Be authorized by Department of Defense Instruction 6495.02 to accept reports of sexual assault along with the SAPR VA and healthcare personnel.

  • Served as the Program Lead for the Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC) American Council on Education (ACE) review program. As the Program Lead I coordinated with HRC Army Continuing Education Division on Scheduling ACE visits to proponents in order to review military course curriculum toward recommended civilian credit equivalence.
  • As the ACE Program Lead for Army University and the Combined Arms Center, I led a valuable working group to address key issues which resulted in the approval of 11 changes to the ACE review process Army wide, received accolades by the Army University Provost.
  • Wrote and published the first ever ACE Smart Book that helped prepare Army schools for ACE reviews.
  • Maintained constant telephonic and email communication with more than 13 different proponents senior course developers to ensure ACE reviews went according to plan, resulted in 90% of the reviews scheduled to successfully being conducted.
  • Developed and maintained a database used to track over 8,500 ACE credit recommendations for enlisted Soldiers Army wide. Created a feedback process that aided proponents in ACE reviews for over 650 courses and 173 occupations.
  • Significantly increased TRADOC courses reviewed by ACE from 61% to 81% and Army occupations reviewed from 40% to 89%.

  • Responsible for the health, welfare, and development of 43 Soldiers in a Combat Support Military Police Company.
  • During my tenure as the Platoon Sergeant, I was responsible for mentoring and professionally developing the Soldiers assigned to my platoon. Several Soldiers were recommended for promotion, completed more than 3,000 correspondence course hours and competed more than 30 college credit hours.

Managed various aspects of the physical security program that involve physical protective measures that control access to the Company Arms Room, HQ’s Building and Facilities.
