Perform as an Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) planner in support of ARSOUTH missions/exercises by conducting operational AT/FP planning to identify and coordinate protection-related requirements and resources to ensure an appropriate level of protection for personnel deployed in support of missions/exercises.

• Participate in required planning conferences, In-progress-reviews (IPRs), operational planning teams (OPTs), and mission/exercise location site surveys, visits,
  and leader reconnaissance in support of the mission/exercise.
• Assist Task Force (TF) Commanders and Antiterrorism Officers (ATOs) in the development of comprehensive protection-related plans (e.g., AT/FP, physical security, and movement, etc.) that incorporates all-hazards assessments and mitigations to ensure compliance with established DOD, Army, SC, and ARSOUTH policies and regulations, to ensure the overall force protection readiness of deployed DOD personnel in support of the mission/exercise.

• Offered subject matter expertise surrounding physical security strategy and performed site inspections to adhere to physical security strategy and standards.
• Established emergency response to manage and respond to physical security needs of employees, buildings, technology and materials.
• Performed risk analyses to identify appropriate security countermeasures.
• Expertly managed the daily operation of the access control office with minimal disruptions, issuing over 825 security badges to ARSOUTH personnel and visitors.

• Served as the single point of contact to coordinate sexual assault response when a sexual assault is reported. All SARCs shall be authorized to perform victim advocate duties in accordance with Military Service regulations, and will be acting in the performance of those duties.
• Complied with DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Certification requirements.
• Be authorized by Department of Defense Instruction 6495.02 to accept reports of sexual assault along with the SAPR VA and healthcare personnel.
• Conducted SHARP staff assistance visits command inspections.
• Planned, coordinated, and led the monthly Sexual Assault Review Board (SARB), a monthly requirement that the Commanding General receives status updates of sexual assault cases within his AO.
• Responsible for the training and mentorship of 34 Sexual Assault Victim Advocates and Response Coordinators.

• Served as the Program Lead for the Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC) American Council on Education (ACE) review program. As the Program Lead I coordinated with HRC Army Continuing Education Division on Scheduling ACE visits to proponents in order to review military course curriculum toward recommended civilian credit equivalence.
• As the ACE Program Lead for Army University and the Combined Arms Center, I led a valuable working group to address key issues which resulted in the approval of 11 changes to the ACE review process Army wide, received accolades by the Army University Provost.
• Wrote and published the first ever ACE Smart Book that helped prepare Army schools for ACE reviews.
• Maintained constant telephonic and email communication with more than 13 different proponents senior course developers to ensure ACE reviews went according to plan, resulted in 90% of the reviews scheduled to successfully being conducted.
• Developed and maintained a database used to track over 8,500 ACE credit recommendations for enlisted Soldiers Army wide. Created a feedback process that aided proponents in ACE reviews for over 650 courses and 173 occupations.
• Significantly increased TRADOC courses reviewed by ACE from 61% to 81% and Army occupations reviewed from 40% to 89%.

• Responsible for the health, welfare, and development of 43 Soldiers in a Combat Support Military Police Company.
• During my tenure as the Platoon Sergeant, I was responsible for mentoring and professionally developing the Soldiers assigned to my platoon. Several Soldiers were recommended for promotion, completed more than 3,000 correspondence course hours and competed more than 30 college credit hours.
• Served as the 401st Military Police Company Physical Security NCO and Antiterrorism Officer. Subject matter expert for matters regarding Physical Security to safeguard information, personnel, property, assets and or material from theft, loss, misuse, fraud, disclosure, sabotage, etc. Responsible for developing and the implementation of guidelines, internal directives, policies, regulations, and procedures for Personnel, Physical, Information, and the Antiterrorism Security Programs. Managed various aspects of the physical security program that involve physical protective measures that control access to the Company Arms Room, HQ’s Building and Facilities.

• As the AT/FP NCO, coordinated and synchronized related AT/FP plans: threat collection plan, information security plan, crisis management plan, terrorist response plan, weapons of mass destruction response plan, mass casualty plan, and physical security plan.
• Modified and implemented the battalion schools Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This included requirements, documentation needed, and availability of schools which resulted in increasing productivity and tracking of more than 340 professional development schools.
• Authored and published over 150 mission support orders for tasking support to garrison operations on Fort Hood.
• Analyzed and interpreted guidance, policies, and broad directives prescribed by higher authority for the management and direction of operations/higher authority into guidance for the battalion.
