As a Secondary Inspection operator I sit inside of a lighted booth that has a black side and a white side.
As an inspection operator my job is to inspect vials and syringes for glass and/or product defects and pull those with defects out and reject them so that those do not get sent to our clients. Once the pallet in the lot is finished we perform reconciliation and remove those rejects from the reject cage and bag them then put them in a tote until the end of the lot is finished then they get put onto a pallet and wrapped with black and red wrap with reject stickers on the upper left hand corner then sent down to the M4 elevator. The good product is wrapped in black and clear wrap with green inspected stickers on the upper left hand corner then either sent down the M4 elevator or put inside the coolers in building A.

Checked controls and adjusted settings to maintain optimum temperature and pressure.
As a petroleum supply specialist our jobs are to refuel vehicles and aircraft. During trainings we would lay pipes down and connect them to a source to run fuel (water for training) through them to test the pipes and to test our strengths and weaknesses. We would do field trainings for two weeks out of a year and one weekend out of a month. During the field trainings we would stay in the field and run assessments on the pipelines and run through OPs where our commanders would sneak into camp and take apart our pipelines and make our fuel (water) leak which we would notice on our pressure gauges down the line when doing routine monitoring on the systems. Once the leak was noticed we would radio to a team that would be driving the lines and let them know where the leak is so they could pull a 360 degree security while two soldiers repaired the line.
Quality Control
Marco Plastics Inc.
10.2018 - 09.2021
Marco Plastics is a plastic molding company that molded medical parts for Cook Medical as well as a few other companies, they also made parts for a company called Eberhard (US and Canada). At the beginning of a shift I would separate the products by shift (first, second and third). I would then grab a bag of product from first shift and use a compression hose with a nozzle attached to it to blow off any debris and dust from the parts. I would then have to count out a desired amount of pieces to set up a scale to weigh out the parts to put in a bag of certain quantity. There will be labels that get attached to the bags that have the company's name they are going to, Marco Plastics Inc. on them, the date and the quantity of what is inside the bag. Once you have the product from each shift weighed out and twist tie closed it would go into flip-top totes with a label on the outside designating the type of product is inside the tote, the quantity, and the company name that the product is going to. The total amount from each shift added together would be recorded on the paperwork that is sent to us when the product is ordered. When the full amount that was ordered was reached then it would be ready for shipment via truck, my boss, or on the rare occasion pickup from the company itself. I also had to answer phone calls, schedule pickups from truck companies and use excel to make labels for the next day.
Assessed materials, parts and products for conformance with quality control requirements and production specifications.
Used specialized tools to take precise measurements of various aspects of samples.
Examined products and materials for defects or deviations to remove or discard non-conforming items.
Notified supervisors about production problems and helped identify and correct concerns.
Documented, filed and maintained proper inspection records and quality assurance documents.

I was assigned a certain section in the restaurant when on shift and when customers would get seated in my section I would greet them and then take their drink orders and see if they would like to order an appetizer then give them five or ten minutes to look over the menu to decide what they would like. Once I took their order I would submit it into the computer system. Once the food was in the window I or a coworker would runt he food to the table. After they had gotten their food I would check on the table periodically to make sure they are satisfied and had everything that they needed.
