• As a night shift Reliability Technician, I’m responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining plant equipment, completing required predictive maintenance activities on a routine schedule, and always striving to prevent unplanned breakdowns.
• Making sure to do LOTO for the safety of myself and other teammates.
• We contribute by participating with the AM team and performing tasks.
• I assist my lead on any task we need to perform to do repairs, especially if there are any TIG welding projects or repairs.
• Following good manufacturing practices when performing the requirements of a reliability technician.
• Maintaining the maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion, keeping the work area clean.
• Operate a forklift and other heavy machinery whenever it's applicable.
• Install, examine, inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, PLC and PID controllers, pipes, and electrical systems.
• Setting up to safely operate machine tools such as a lathe, grinder, drill press, and milling machine to repair or fabricate parts as needed.

i’m responsible to lead by example, making sure everyone one is using their Safety/ PPE in the GMP areas, making sure everybody is on task with things running, checking for any safety issues or quality issues with the lines and that they are running continuously at all times, delegating tasks with rework if needed and always making sure I’m helping my team by getting involved with any physical work. At the end of shift I got to make sure everyone is turning in paper work for the runs turning in paper work for the runs we did that night and making sure they are filled in correctly and completed for me to turn in for our QA and management. Supporting my supervisor for any special projects we need to complete.

• Responsible to run the EH3/Half gallon filler at all times, making sure we are producing quality milk for our customers. Responsible to insure the 48 hours turns are done correctly on time for the next run and to prevent micros in the filler and in our products, always having to ware our PPE in the GMP areas for our safety and quality.

• Started as material handler and moved up to inventory, learning the process of doing relocation drops for outbound and anything they need from up the racks to helping them on any orders picked and doing L TLs for other customers, wrapping unstable pallets on racks, loading, and unloading trailers with the forklift and filling out AC reports on locations and keeping the warehouse clean and safe for other team members. Then moved up to weekends team lead for inventory for about 6 months with a group of 7.
