  • Work with the hotel DOSM and hotel team to establish strategies to increase revenue of both rooms and catering
  • Contribute to the financial success of the hotel via participation in annual budgeting and sales and marketing plan process
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports and present results from all segments including internet channels

  • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly revenue strategy meetings with each property that include sending weekly & monthly reports to the hotels and leadership team
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio results in STAR performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Work with each property to educate and train General Managers and team members on maximizing daily revenue and appropriate sales strategies.
