As the infant supervisor I was responsible for providing quality childcare in a safe, nurturing environment and welcoming environment for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to the childcare start time to prepare the room for the children's arrival.
• Manage the 'sign in/sign out' process so there is an accurate log of children in the infant care and those authorized to pick up the children.
• Ensure infant rooms are picked up and clean and toys sanitized daily.
• Report any accidents or injury using the "incident report form".
• Helped the director with any administration help needed, such as logging for the food program.
• Supported all the infant teachers and ensuring compliance with State regulations and health related standards.
• Weekly checking with a checklist that infant rooms were up to regulation.
• Developed and implemented age appropriate curriculum that includes both physical and cognitive activities.
• Had the duty of being a medical administrator in case of emergency or child needing medication.

• Made travel arrangements for employee trips and conferences.
• Created PowerPoint presentations used for diverse business needs.
• Open the lobby each morning, following office procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate people.
• Order food for briefings and office events.
• Assist with the team on projects, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint.
