Participating in annual Cape Verdean Festival

I have successfully participated in the Cape Verdean Festival as a vendor for 2 years. I have sold out each year and haven't had a bad experience with the health department, the festival organizers, and/or a customer. In addition to selling out I always have a customer asking for my contact information for catering. I have never had a complaint about the taste or the way my food was cooked etc.
