Oversee and directly lead operational, functional and facility healthcare portfolio for Kaiser Permanente. Responsibilities span across multiple counties (Alameda and Contra Costa), 2 Hospitals, one ASU as well as nine outpatient clinics. Portfolio has varied to include Surgical Services, Adult and Family Medicine, Urgent Care, COVID 19 Operations, Organizational Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

Portfolio included 2 hospitals, eight clinics and 24/7 operations for all imaging services ( X-Ray, CT, MRI, Breast Imaging, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA and PET).

• In conjunction with Physician Chiefs, develop strategy, vision and ensure goals are met for service line.
• Coaching and Development of Imaging leadership team.
• Strategic Planning for equipment, growth, people, financials, service, and processes.
• Regulatory, licensing and compliance

• Responsible for management of Imaging and Radiation Oncology compliance for all KP NCAL facilities.
• Oversight of FAC-Org, CPM and Revenue cycle.
• Created training presentations and provided consultation and education to all NCAL sites
• Created standard processes and performed audits to ensure compliance and lack of entropy.
• Liaison between KP NCAL and multiple governing bodies, agencies, and surveyors.

• In conjunction with Service Line Director, and Physician Chiefs develop strategy for key areas of responsibility (access, quality, safety, service, and financials).
• Coaching and development of Assistant Directors and Managers and create alignment with union partners.
• Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of major imaging services construction/renovation projects.
• Oversight of human resources, labor relations, employee and department safety and risk management issues.

• Manage high volume, multi-modality (Breast Imaging, Bone Density, Gen Rad, CT, MRI, and US) sites and oversee 65 employees.
• Responsible for overall fiscal management including forecasting and monitoring of operating performance, yearly capital expenditures, salaries, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies for all modalities.
• Create and present sales training to national and local marketing teams
• Design protocols for MRI and CT research studies and manage relationships with multiple companies throughout Bay Area
• MRI Specialist for subsidiary. Responsibilities include creating and managing master protocols, ACR Accreditation, cross training technologists, serve as MRI liaison for Radiologist group and make recommendations on equipment purchases.
