I am responsible to review how the AI responds to a clients potential renter by assisting them with booking an appointment to view the property. I also monitor the AI in regarding to how it handles past due rent payment requests and maintenance issues.

• I am responsible for sales of new services and upgrading current customers with the newest technology, accepting all forms of payments, reordering inventory as needed, deposits, customer service, basic tech support, customer escalations, generating new business through direct and indirect contact with customers. I also pride myself in customer retention by following up with my customers and getting to know them on a personal level so I can anticipate their needs effectively.

• I was responsible for scheduling, reordering of inventory and store supplies, coaching of all employees, hiring and disciplinary actions concerning all employees, basic trouble shooting and tech support, customer service, staging of merchandise, loss prevention, deposits, generating new business through direct and indirect contract with customers, hosted community events including but not limited to Chamber of Commerce events, training, and handling customer escalations with a swift and effective resolution.
