Planned and implemented engaging lessons to meet the individual needs of each student. Developed positive relationships with students, families, staff members, and outside agencies. Taught online, hybrid, and in-person at Buena Vista Elementary School. Created engaging lessons for students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally during a global pandemic. Collaborated extensively with grade level colleagues.

Placed in a second grade classroom, where 98% of students were English Language Learners in a small farming community. Integrated culturally diverse literature lesson plans. Second placement, worked in a high energy and high needs kindergarten classroom.

Aide to two children, one fourth grader and one kindergartner, who required supplemental curricula. Assisted with supplemental curricula, social skills during lunch and recess, as well as general awareness and learning.
