Property Manager of a 150-unit class A Luxury apartment community in the Knox-Henderson area of Uptown Dallas, TX. Worked with my team to keep resident retention extremely high. This allowed occupancy to remain at 95% - 100% at all times while leasing apartments at market rates. My team was also successful in keeping monthly rental delinquency at zero.
