Associate Coaching

Members 1st has an associate coaching program that I was apart of for 8 years. This was a way to coach the new associates coming into Members 1st. It provided them with hands on experience with a seasoned associate as a back up for them. I successfully training multiple associates across several departments, being hand chosen by my regional to train associates going to a different region.

STAR Leadership program

STAR leadership program is a high sought after training within Members 1st that helps train up and coming leaders in our company. It is a 9 month program that goes into detail about what is looked for in management and how to successfully lead a team. It shows where improvements can be made and how to see the best results not only from the team your leading but from yourself. Every year there is a interview process and out of 50-100 candidates only 15-18 are chosen. To be chosen and complete the STAR program you become part of a small group of associates that have been through all the courses and that are selected. This means the leaders and mentors of the program feel you have something  that could better suit the credit union and that can trained up and used in future positions.
