• Maintains route documentation and records (relevant contract requirements, school information, student data, route changes, relevant maps, vehicle details, bus assignments, driver details) for the purpose of providing accurate and reliable information to customers and complies with district and state requirements.
• Handles customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner.
• Escalates unresolved issues to management as appropriate.
• Produce and maintain a master record of all routes and provide operating copies daily.
• Read and keep up to date with all documents relating to the routing program. (Manuals, updates, maps, etc.)
• Produce and maintain cost efficient and timely routes.
• Meet all deadlines relating to schedules set up for the routing process.
• Provide excellent customer service when working directly with customers, parents and employees.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and professional condition daily.
