When I started working with this family I did focus full-time on the 3 months infant growth and development and would care for the almost 4 years of age sister after picking her up from school. My duties with this family were:

• Provide a child-friendly, welcoming, and nurturing environment with engaging activities to spark creativity and imagination
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that cater to the needs and interests of children, activities to enhance children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being by learning through play.
• Encourage active exploration and play, providing a variety of age-appropriate toys, materials, and sensory experiences. Facilitate activities, music and movement, and storytelling to promote language development and social interaction.
• Ensuring proper hygiene and performing diaper changes, toilet training, and bath time when needed.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily experiences, progress, and achievements by providing accurate records of the child's individual activities, development, meals, naps, and wet diapers.
• Developed games and activities using arts and crafts to support learning and verbal skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment, ensuring that it meets all safety and hygiene standards.

Started off my job as a live-in Au Pair with the family, and continued in the role of their personal nanny for the last year working with them. I began working with the infant when she was 3 months old and continued until she reached 3 years and 6 months of age.
