- Active as a business partner and strategic planner
- Expert accounting skills; A/R, A/P, auditing, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and economizing, cost reduction, and tax analysis
- Proficient in various virtual learning platforms; Blackboard, E-College, and Canvas
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Windows applications
- Human Resource Management proficient, including relevant labor and employment laws, payroll, screening, testing, hiring, background searches and verification
- Administration of annual performance reviews
- Employee relations knowledge to include coordination social activities, recognition programs, communications programs, counseling sessions and various activities to facilitate employee, customer, and student engagement
- Administration of the benefits program in accordance with company initiatives
- Evaluation and development of compensation system for salaried and hourly positions
- Address performance affairs: investigating, counseling, disciplinary action, and reviewing system problems to maintain high-level performance, quality of workforce, and documentation of grievances
