  • Showed leadership skills and good communication skills within the crews
  • In charge of the tool connex and keeping tract of inventory of tools and materials and what's needed to order
  • Calculate the square footage of each cable for the exact pull
  • Do all the preparations step by step leading up to starting of the pull.
  • Do tail ins by being organized and ensuring it's correctly in cable tray and zip tied properly.
  • Making sure work pack is signed on the new start day if the week and analyzing any hazards for the operation.
  • Ensuring the start card is in detail of our operation and the crew is aware of the hazards amongst each task, the proper PPE we need on, how we can mitigate any injuries.
  • Would pull cables inside the man holes through conduit using the tugger all the way to the cable tray. Ensuring we are doing the correct steps for safety as in checking the meter inside the manhole, the pressure of the tugger, and bringing it to the right cable tray/ panel box.

  • Would prepare the panels by placing certain pins & collars on , so that way it can be placed on the torque tube
  • Used the swaging gun to ensure the panel is correctly aligned and "locked on"
  • A "catcher" for modules by catching the panels and install them on the tubes
  • Did QC for racking and modules by analyzing the blocks, and if needed correcting the issues.
  • Installation of brackets on the posts, upper & lower dampers, and shock absorbers.

  • Attends safety tour for a week every month
  • Has CVIS walks every Wednesday with my CVIS team by observing different operations and communicating with that craft.
  • Meeting with the construction manager every other thursday For CVIS meetings with CVIS team going over topics and discussions about the job site.

  • Gets the CVIS meeting worksheets prepared for CVIS members, and everything else that they might need.
