Responsible for day to day operations of Kent General Hospital during my shift. Facilitates patient flow from the ED, OR, and Cath Lab. Responds to all codes and reacts accordingly. Customer Service recovery as needed. Responsible for daily staffing on 9 inpatient units. Problem solves as needed throughout the facility.
