  • Lead Performance Improvement Teams focused on Clostridium difficile hospital acquired infection improvement from 5.8 in Q4 2020 to 0.0 in Q4 2021, patient satisfaction survey recommendation improvement from 0.76 in Q4 2020 to 0.93 in Q1 2021, patient satisfaction survey return rate improvement from 0.53 in Q4 2020 to 0.73 in Q1 2021, for Hampton Roads, VA location.
  • Performance Improvement Teams resulted in central line associated infection improvements from 4.1 Q1 to 2.9 Q2 to 0.0 Q3, catheter associated urinary infection improvement from 1.9 Q1 to 0.0 Q2 tp 0.0 Q3, at the Pontiac, MI location.

  • Managed two Joint Commission Complaints and two state of Kansas complaints resulting in no findings.
  • Lead a performance improvement team that focused on reducing tube and line dislodgements which resulted in 70% decrease in tracheostomy dislodgements and 90% decrease in feeding tube dislodgements.
