I was the opening Executive Head Housekeeper. I had a team of 7 for 95 rooms. I performed many duties such as: Hiring new team members, Purchasing Inventory, Scheduling, Guest room cleanliness inspections. One key achievement at this property was opening with a passing QA. This position made me determined to be a general manager with the positive affermations from my team and general manager.
