
Time-management, prioritizing, and multitasking are the three qualities that my work experience has enhanced. Multitasking is a skill but is only valuable to an employer if coupled with time-management and prioritization. Multi-tasking is the ability to perform more that one task at a time. There is no such thing as true multitasking. However, having more than one job duty and multiple projects ongoing is a form of multi-tasking. This is why time management is crucial when faced with multiple deadlines. Prioritizing the work and promptly completing smaller steps enables me to complete numerous tasks efficiently and proficiently.
