Schedule and arrange travel and hotel reservations for meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Maintain confidential records and files related to executive operations.
Manage all aspects of catering needs for meetings and special events.
Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other industry partners.
Negotiate and approve contracts between the company and distributors, suppliers, and other external entities.
Prepared reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and other documents.
