  • In January 2012, I began as a dispatcher for a busy county wide Sheriffs Office focusing on rapid communication, multitasking, training, and technical skills, including proficiency in Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, GPS, and multi-line phone systems
  • In May 2016, I was promoted to Assistant Communications Supervisor. I assisted members with training, coaching, mentoring, and scheduling dispatch personnel. During this time, I was also an alternate FCIC Coordinator.
  • I am the FCIC Agency Coordinator for the agency for the last 9 years. This position is the liaison between PCSO and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). I vet the backgrounds for vendor and 911 personnel, and EMS agencies in Pinellas County. I provide training yearly for all agency members and vendors. I am the administrator for numerous applications from FDLE and the state providing access and auditing. This position is in charge of triennial FCIC Records and Technical audits, as well as the biennial DAVID audits.
