Through the new hire and strategic process training received in my current position and in previous companies I have a solid understanding of what cost are associated with hiring, training and retaining qualified applicants. Within the PRC services my primary focus is within the front line workers. I assist with new hire candidates, train, develop the referral care coordinators to provide our patients with the best service to meet the department and clinic goals. Due to my previous management positions I held at companies before my work within Indian Health Services I have become an asset for the hiring process within our department. I have assisted the previous PRC supervisor and the current PRC services with my knowledge and training. To date I have assisted in numerous hiring resume reviews, interviews and made many recommendations for hire for candidates that best fit our goals and services.
